Returns & Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of medicinal products and in accordance with UK law and health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of over-the-counter (OTC) medicines once they have been supplied and have left our control.

Non-returnable items
OTC medicines, including but not limited to topical treatments such as minoxidil, are non-returnable and non-refundable if you have changed your mind or no longer require the product. This applies even if the product is unopened.

This is because UK medicines regulations require that once a medicinal product has left the supply chain, it must not re-enter the supply chain under any circumstances. Returned medicines must be treated as waste and safely destroyed to protect public health and safety.

Distance selling and cancellation rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, medicines supplied for health protection are exempt from standard change-of-mind returns once dispatched. Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Refund limits
Any refund issued will not exceed the amount originally paid by the customer for the product. Delivery costs may be excluded where permitted by law.
